For many people, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Others skip it and just feel good that way. For us, it’s plant-based.

We like it nourishing and energizing, with long lasting effect, not the kind one hour after you are already hungry. With plenty of fruit. And, most of all, plenty of flavor.

We love to have different breakfasts, depending on the season, how we feel, and how we like. Usually, we compose it by choosing three or more of these ingredients:

  • In-season fruit
  • Whole grain
  • Nuts
  • Dried fruit
  • Plant-based milk
  • Dark chocolate flakes
  • Green-tea
  • Peanut-butter
  • Avocado
  • Banana

Sometimes we like it traditional, like French Pain Perdu – made of day-old bread, milk, and eggs – adding in-season fruit. We also enjoy now and then a croissant & cappuccino breakfast. But our favorite breakfast is always plant-based.
